This Package is perfect for the couple who have taken care of all the details and now want their vision orchestrated. Allow your personal Wedding Consultant to capture your vision and allow you to relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your life.

• Unlimited phone and e-mail communication with your wedding consultant for answers to your questions and expert advise.
• Two Meetings:
  
  1. A wrap-up meeting two months prior to your wedding to discuss the sequence of events for the rehearsal and wedding day. At this time, the client is asked to bring all copies of vendor contracts, so that the may be used to develop the wedding day timeline and to contact vendors to confirm details
  2. An on-site inspection meeting two weeks prior to your wedding held at the reception site. This is to discuss seating arrangements, table set-up and site layout.
     
• Creation of Wedding Day timeline and distribution to wedding party and wedding vendors
  Review of Vendor contracts to ensure contracted services will be received
• Creation of wedding day timeline & site layout (with up to 2 revisions) and distribution to vendors and wedding party.
  Contact vendors to confirm details, provide site layouts, and timelines.
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
• Collection of important Wedding Day items to take to church & reception (ie: sign-in book, special pen, toasting glasses, special pictures or collage, cake knife & server, seating assignments or table #s, etc.) and collection at the end of the event.
• Direction of Wedding Day (up to 10 hours)
• Greet and confirm arrival of all Vendors & Wedding Party
• Liason and contact to the vendors before, during, and after the wedding.
• Oversee Set-up of Ceremony & Reception sites
• Access to Bridal Essentials Kit that includes, but is not limited to…curling iron, safety pins, hair spray, tooth paste, extra toothbrush, crazy glue, breath mints, kleenex, sewing kit, stain remover, etc.
